Everyone's facility typically falls into one of two categories. (A) New Construction (B) Existing Facility. While the end result and client expectation will ultimately be the same, this requires two very different approaches. Having extensive experience in both scenarios is one of our premier advantages.
On new building projects it is imperative that all parties fully communicate and plan thoroughly in advance. Working well with architects, engineering firms, and construction companies are necessary for building a team that will allow projects to be completed on time and on budget. Our design team has the knowledge and experience to complete any size project whether large or small. Upon completion, as built drawings and technical manuals help insure that accurate documentation is maintained throughout the systems history.
For existing facilities it becomes necessary at times to repair systems and at others it may be more cost effective to replace the system. Our consultation and assessment process helps clients decide what best suits their current needs as well as helps address their future plans and vision. At other times a facility may decide to undergo an entire building renovation. While these applications are usually approached similar to a new construction there exists an element of renovation that must be considered.
